(The video performance of this live performance is available at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbHr-ZsuzIY). "Cornfield" is a song inspired by my growing up riding horses, both on trails across central and southern Indiana, as well as in competitions from Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio to as far west as Tulsa, Oklahoma. My Dad George Elbreg, Godparents Dick and Lana Summers, their son Garett and I went on many local trail rides passing through cornfields on our way, and also made several trips to Corydon and Nashville, Indiana for trail rides with friends. This live, alternate, recorded version of "Cornfield" is dedicated in memory of my Dad, Dick, and Lana, and to my friendship with Garett. The studio recorded version of "Cornfield" is available on my 2012 CD release "This Old Shirt" and as a digital download, both on this site. The video of my entire interview and performance on 100.3 KORN Country FM from December 26th, 2019 which includes this song is available at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77dDJi7yiPI
